Refund policy

At Revolution Vintage Clothing, every item is carefully selected and inspected before being offered for sale. As our products are vintage and second-hand, signs of previous use may be present and form part of the unique character of each item. We aim to describe and photograph each piece as accurately as possible.

Online purchases

For purchases made through our online store, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

To request a return, please contact us at revolutionvintagebcn@gmail.com within the 14-day period.

Returned items must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received and must not have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.

Customers are responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping, unless the item is defective or significantly different from its description.

Online purchases may also be returned in person at our store at Carrer de Verdi 80, 08012 Barcelona, Spain.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the time limits established by applicable consumer law.

Purchases made in our physical store

Purchases made directly at our physical store are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or personal preference.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is defective or does not conform to what was sold.

Defective or incorrectly described items

If you receive an item that is defective or significantly different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible at revolutionvintagebcn@gmail.com so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
